SAP customer expectations are also evolving and often align with the goals and benefits of agile procedures. Traditionally, for more than 30 years, SAP projects have been managed through predictive and cascading methodologies, based on designing a plan and meeting highly static and determined requirements, schedule and budget during the project preparation phases. In this line, SAP provides its own ASAP methodology.
